At the Toboggan Brewing Company, we focus on quality and small batch offerings. Having a small selection of flagship beers available all year round, but also offering an always-changing roster of seasonal beers as well as one-offs that might never be seen again.
Our Double Lunatic Fridge IPA (DIPA), Lunatic Fridge IPA, Blackfriars Vanilla Stout and Holy Roller Lager beers are available at select LCBO locations across London and select cities and regions across the Southwestern pocket of Ontario.

A light, crisp and refreshing North American Lager. 4.7%ABV / 12 IBU
Deep amber colour with slight caramel sweetness and hints of roasted malts. 5.4%ABV / 35 IBU
Pale bodied unfiltered ale with mild but distinguished hop flavour and crispness, finishes with clean malty character. 4.3%ABV / 18 IBU
West coast hops give this IPA a citrus hoppy flavour but with a smooth profile and fast clean finish. 6.2%ABV / 40 IBU
Cascade and Simcoe hops give this IPA a strong double hopped flavour with a carefully balanced malt background to give it a clean finishing even background. 7.2%ABV / 45 IBU
Roasted barley aroma with chocolate and coffee background. A slightly sweet taste, balanced by roasted barley and chocolate characters with a surprisingly clean finish. 6%ABV / 35 IBU
Semi-sweet stout infused with Madagascar vanilla beans to give a subtle background of vanilla to its roasted flavor. 6.0%ABV / 35 IBU.
Crisp and clean with slight citrus undertones. Crafted from fresh local apples. A hint of residual sugar brings out the subtle apple flavours. 6% ABV
